Zombie Bunny Crossfit

Our team comes from very different backgrounds to help you become the best possible version of you. Although we may do many things that a typical gym may do, we believe by shaking things up a little bit that we can foster a culture unique to ZBX CrossFit.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.

We have a very relaxed and friendly vibe, and we strongly believe that all of our members should know each other. We are not just a crossfit box, we are a community. If you see someone you don’t know, we enforce that you introduce yourself. Everyone remembers being the new person and we want to make everyone feels welcomed from the get-go. Don’t be alarmed if you are in a class and everyone is cheering for others to finish. This is normal for all of our classes– we all believe in encouragement.
