ZUMBA TIME!

We all have a great Zumba story, ours is simple~~after looking for years for the "right" workout, we finally found it.....ZUMBA! We are in love with the Zumba program and are spreading that love to as many as we can! Our goal is that ANYONE can Zumba! Age, physical condition, injury~~~nothing can stop you, we have a program that will work for everyone.

Z-time is our passion, but we are breaking out of the box. It is our goal to work with area Nursing homes (Zumba Gold), Rehabilitation facilities (Zumba Gold/AQUA Zumba/Yoga), Hospice agencies (Hospice Yoga), Churches (Yoga with the Word/Zumba), Schools (ZumbaTomic), and anywhere else we can bring a new fitness flavor!
