ZUKA Fit

Hi, I'm Michelle Paul and I've always loved to dance, but have never had formal training. After I had my first child, who is now almost 8, I put on some weight that just didn't want to come off. I tried, running, climbing stairs, cycling and workout videos, but did not get the results I wanted. At the time I had been training to climb 42 flights of stairs for the American Lung Association and they hosted a Zumba fundraiser class. That was my very first Zumba class, and I tell ya, I sweat so much my clothes were soaked! I felt so energetic and just plain happy! After attending a Zumba class for 4 months, I decided to become an instructor. I wanted everyone to feel the way I did and to see weight loss results as fast as I did. Being a Zumba instructor is so rewarding. I love hearing my students tell me they are so sore, but they feel great! We have a blast dancing together! It's not just a workout, it's a fun, exhilarating dance party! We get loud and crazy. You don't have to know how to dance. All you have to do is MOVE your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
