Zumba Fit by Shannon

Hi, I'm Shannon Williams and I absolutely love teaching Zumba. I am licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold (great for beginners, the active older adult, or anyone), and Zumba Gold - Chair (an extension of Zumba Gold that is great for those who are wheel chair bound or have a highly limited range of motion). I have been taking Zumba for 8 months now and I am living proof that Zumba WORKS!

Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!

I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. I have been on and off of the proverbial weight-loss roller coaster numerous times, but at 34 years old I decided enough was enough. I am a wife to my amazing husband of 10 years and a mother to two precious boys. My family needs and deserves me to be active and present in their lives.

I made a commitment to Zumba in August 2015, a decision I have NEVER regretted. Since this time I have lost 30lbs and A LOT of inches! I still have a ways to go but I'd love for you to join me on this journey and I'll show you that big girls can move too!

I'm proof that you can be 250+ lbs, not be 100% spot on with the rhythm, and still help a room full of women make a transformation all while feeling sexy! If a beat is off or a step is missed calories are still burned!
