My Philosophy ♥ To honor myself by taking care of my body. Taking at least an hour out of my day to exercise and Thank God for blessing me with the ability to use my body to do the things I love most in this world and to help others embrace the same idea and reach their fitness goals!

I grew up in the bay area, mostly in Fremont. I took my first Zumba® classes in 2008. I was amazed at all the great music and fun I was having while exercising (not to mention all the fun the other dancers around me were having as well).

The energy was so positive and I became hooked. In late October 2010- I decided I wanted to help lead and introduce others to Zumba® fitness. I became Zumba® instructor Licensed and quickly began leading classes. The music and dance moves bring everyone together, no matter your background- because of the diverse world music and dance moves in every class. It creates a very special, fun and powerful bond ♥.
Nothing compares to the joy and confidence on the faces of the many people who enjoy Zumba®. A fun and effective way to a healthier body, soul and over all YOU!

When I am not busy with life in general, I enjoy attending church, watching Japanese animation, exploring new music, enjoying time with my friends/family and of course...teaching Zumba®!
