Zumba with Ally and MORE

Hello, my name is Ally and I started taking Zumba classes in 2010 and fell in love with the moves and the music, and most importantly made life-long friends along the way. I have about 11 years of dance experience and a passion for fitness and nutrition. I decided to become licensed to teach Zumba on March 1st, 2014 to share the wonderful benefits Zumba has to offer. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, tone up, maintain your weight or relieve some stress, Zumba will help you achieve your goals and feel better. I promise you will leave my class feeling happy and energized! Zumba is all about having fun so go at your own pace and do what you can do.
