Zumba with Amy T

Hi, I'm Amy Thompson. I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and hold many fitness certifications, but at the age of 46 I was looking for something new. Something that I could be passionate about. A way to incorporate fitness and my life time love of dance. That's when I discovered Zumba! It allows me to partner my fitness knowledge with my years of dance experience. Combining the two seemed like a perfect fit. Zumba is for everyone! The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
