Zumba Zone with Penny

I teach Zumba Fitness every Thursday at 7:30pm and every 2 weeks on Tuesdays at 7:30pm at World Gym, 5248 Cobblestone Rd, Sheffield Village, OH. It will only cost $5 a class if you mention I invited you!

Aqua Zumba is classic aqua aerobics with Latin flavor added. You perform large muscle movements by reaching your arms and lifting your legs in the water, as well as circling your hips and shoulders. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
