It is a tranquil and quiet spot overlooking the Maxwelton Braes golf course and is merely minutes from beaches, hiking, live theater, shopping, biking trails and restaurants. It has two furnished covered decks with gas grill, a vaulted ceiling over the great room, floor to ceiling local stone wood burning fireplace. The dining area also enjoys a wall of windows and there is a convenient large galley kitchen filled with cabinetry, counter space and appliances. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen. And there is a half bathroom off the great room area. The master bedroom with queen sized bed includes large windows overlooking the golf course, door to covered deck, large private master bathroom and walk in closet.
