Blackfeet Community Health Representatives aim to improve the overall health and wellness of community members on the Blackfeet Reservation. In order to achieve this goal CHRs provide; health education/counseling, case management, health promotion, disease prevention and supplemental resources for community members. Each CHR is CPR/First Aid certified, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a member of the Community Emergency Response Team.
