Whether you are a novice when it comes to exercise or you’ve been exercising for years, this Boot Camp is for you! Both Mary Beth and Gina are AFFA Group Fitness Certified, CPR certified and Pilates Core Mat I certified. We offer modifications for those with injuries, movement restrictions, or just haven't worked out in awhile. The Bootcamp 21771 tribe is here to help you! If you have had trouble sticking to your fitness goals, you now have help from friends who are also coming to look and feel great. Come meet them by joining us at a workout tomorrow!
