We're two young chefs with a passion for food, the technicalities behind it, and the impact it leaves on people. Everyday we're challenging and pushing ourselves to improve the skills we have earned and acquire news ones.
We each founded our love for culinary in different ways,Taylor found hers in the kitchen with her family, every holiday. From spending summers with her Brooklyn native Italian grandma working with pasta. Or her mother's mixed culinary experiences that she was willing to pass down.
With Mackenzie, however, had a early start with business, for he started his own barkey at the age 12, cooking for family events. Between spending time with his grandmother Marie in the kitchen, who is still a wondrous baker, and experiencing lovely meals at extravagant restaurants.
We both share a love for Gordon Ramsay!
