Centerville Estate sits on twenty-five acres in beautiful Butte Creek Canyon in Chico, California. Centerville Estate is known for being a spectacular, natural setting for outdoor weddings. Over a quarter acre of lush landscaped grounds feature paved pathways through tall shade trees, flower gardens, elegant fountains, a rock waterfall and your own private sitting areas at the edge of Butte Creek.

Centerville Estate will provide an unmatchable foreground for your wedding ceremony and reception. There are several locations throughout the grounds for you to setup your event. Many guests prefer to use the area near the dance floor and outdoor bar for dining and entertainment following your ceremony. The possibilities are endless with all of the space and gorgeous backdrops, you will have many setups to choose from.

The downstairs portion of the estate’s lodge is fully air-conditioned. It includes a bride and bridal party prep room. There is also a full size kitchen with walk in freezer, a bar, a dance floor and three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have changing rooms with large vanities.

Next to the indoor bar and kitchen area is an indoor dance floor with professional disco lighting. The dance floor also has a stage for bands, djs or any performances that you may want to have on stage.

There are four overnight guest rooms currently for rent, when available.

The estate grounds offer several popular ceremonial sites, featuring grapevine and Ivy archways. Tables and chairs are also provided. Electricity is also installed throughout the grounds to make entertainment an easy setup at any location you may choose to hold portions of your event.
