Central Baptist Church of Jacksonville is a conservative evangelical church affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas and the Southern Baptist Convention.

At Central, we provide ministers and servants who can help you in times of growth, need and spiritual development. Our team believes in people and is committed to serving in God's kingdom.
We believe that Christ is the one head of the Church. All authority has been given to Him. Only the will of Christ as revealed in the New Testament guides Baptists, and not traditions, customs, councils, confessions nor ecclesiastical formularies, no matter how venerable or pretentious.
Our congregation is made up of members from a wide range of ages and walks of life, all with one goal and purpose: to grow in our knowledge of and love for Christ and His message in order to more fully serve Him.
