HPOG at Cook Inlet Tribal Council has existed since 2010, but has been recently renewed in October 2015 for another five years. HPOG strives to train as many low-income Alaska Native/American Indian participants as possible in a variety of healthcare careers.
These include: Certified Nursing Assistant; Medical Office Assistant; Emergency Trauma Technician/Emergency Medical Technician; Registered Nursing (limited availability); Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor (RADACT); Allied Health - Pharmacy Tech, Phlebotomy, Office Coding & Dental Assisting; Re-certifications; CPR/First Aid/AED/BLS.
