Humboldt Earth Technologies (HET) is the company that created The Original Compost Tea Calculator (TM). This mobile app is an innovative solution for brewing actively aerated compost tea (AACT). Its functions can be applied for personal garden use and also for larger agricultural and farming practices.

Researching great teachers like Dr. Elaine Ingham, Jeff Lowenfels and Wayne Lewis, we have carefully studied recommended standards for compost tea. We then modified them with a variety of other recipes which have been formulated and field tested in Humboldt County California. They have been examined and approved by soil scientists and biologists for horticultural use. Our ingredient ratios provide optimal levels of microbial growth which in turn promotes plant growth, vigor and yields.
