It contains daily meditations to help get you used to reading your Bible on a daily basis; contains life connections that allow you to look up exactly how you're feeling and find Scriptures to encourage you through those feelings; and in the margins are notations to show what Scriptures correlate to each step (following the 12 steps of AA/NA).
