At CrossFit Medina's Youth program we provide a fun, safe and competitive atmopshere for young athletes to learn the basics of weight lifting and the basic of body weight movements. They will use these movements in high intensity workouts, longer metcon workouts and during gymnastic related skills.
Young athletes are coached by Crossfit Level 1 certified coaches and given age appropriate and ability appropriate workouts and feedback.
Crossfit Medina Youth Strength and Conditioning staff has worked with several sports teams in pre season to help improve conditioning. (Cloverleaf soccer and football).
Athletes have the opportunity to participate in competitions at the gym, nutrition challenges and lessons as well as daily challenges to keep them motivated at the gym.
