We are a community first and foremost. CrossFit West was started by a group of trainers with years of strength and conditioning experience that were sick of the same old gym experience: “check-in at the front desk, put on your ipod, zone out on some cardio machine, lift a few weights, go home”. We wanted something better, something fun, something effective, and most of all, a place we could call home. CrossFit West provides a family atmosphere and a motivating, inspirational place to achieve your fitness goals. We like to have fun, but we are also serious about our fitness – we ask the same of our clients. It doesn’t matter whether you are deadlifting 5 lbs or 500 lbs, as long as you are pushing your own personal limits we will be right there with you giving you our 110%.
