Crystal Clear Window Cleaning business was established on the island of Martha’s Vineyard in 1997 by proprietor, Maria Westby. Crystal Clear Window Cleanings’ services include, Window Cleaning, Power Washing - Decks, Siding & Trim, Deck Staining & Repair, Gutter Cleaning, Installation & Repair, Screen Repair, Lanterns, Fans & Light Fixtures, Showers, Mirrors, Etc. As of January 2016, Crystal Clear Window Cleaning has a client base of over two hundred and fifty accounts. The majority of clients are repeat customers, acquired through word of mouth or referrals. 95% of the accounts are residential and 5% commercial.
The operating season for Crystal Clear Window Cleaning is approximately seven to eight months of the year, April 1st thru October/ November. Crystal Clear Window Cleaning provides an answering service available for clients between the dates of April 1st and November 1st. Crystal Clear Window Cleaning employs a skilled and competent labor force that consists of six to seven employees. These employees are full time employees from April 15th thru July 15th and are part time employees from July 15th thru October / November.
