Earn your Community Herbalist Certificate in our 2-Week Training Intensive, held each June on the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard. Our respected and dynamic small-group program covers anatomy/physiology, pharmacology, formulary, holistic healing, identification of scores of edible and medicinal plants, harvesting, philosophies of healing, business skills, jurisprudence, and hands-on crafting of effective remedies.

Taught by award-winning herbalist, author and speaker Holly Bellebuono, author of the Book of the Year 2015 Women Healers of the World, The Essential Herbal for Natural Health, and The Authentic Herbal Healer, this intermediate program specializes in formulary using both scientific and traditional skills. You’ll learn pharmacology (western herbs with an introduction to Ayurvedic and Eastern); physiology (digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, mental, skin, reproductive/hormonal, endocrine, etc.), and plant-human interaction.

Instruction is very much one-on-one and personable. Housing is near a private Atlantic beach. Confers a Community Herbalist Certificate.
