Our North Branford Krav Maga, BJJ, Muay Thai and kickboxing facility offers over 4,000 square feet with an upper and lower training area with instruction for the whole family. From adult mixed martial arts with BJJ and Muay Tha and , Self Defense with Krav Maga, Fitness programs with Kickboxing Classes, Kettlebells and Yoga to Children's self defense, we have something for everyone. Our modern facility has a large comfortable waiting area with free coffee and tea, a healthy snacks vending machine and a large adjacent playroom for younger siblings.

CT Krav Maga & MMA is affiliated with Kore BJJ, which is also an American Top Team Connecticut training facility. We are affiliated with Alpha Krav Maga International, and the International Combat Hapkido Federation. Hundreds of members have selected CT Krav Maga & MMA for our Krav Maga, BJJ,and Muay Thai, and fitness kickboxing needs because we offer a supportive and friendly environment. We often hear that our members think of our facility as an oasis from all the stress of their day, where they can feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a training session. Our kickboxing program is part of iLoveKickboxing.com and offers a fantastic workout for burning tons of calories and reducing stress. Our kickboxing classes are based on hitting heavy bags and learning correct punching and kicking techniques. Kickboxing is a ton of fun and the 60 minute class will fly by. Saftefy during training in BJJ, Muay Thai and Krav Maga is always a high priority for our facility. We offer a professional environment in order to provide the best BJJ, Muay Thai, Krav Maga and Kickboxing experience for our clients.

If you live in West Haven, North Branford, Northford, New Haven, East Haven, Branford, Guilford, North Haven, Hamden or Madison, then you will have easy access to training at our facility for taking a kickboxing class, Krav Maga, Muay Thai or BJJ class. CT Krav Maga & MMA offers over 40 classes per week, including early morning BJJ classes, and convenient class times where parents may even be able to take one of our fitness classes while their child takes a class. We offer 21 classes alone for kickboxing.

Our Krav Maga, Muay Thai, BJJ & Kickboxing classes offer you the opportunity to not only learn practical self defense with martial arts but also as an added bonus to get an incredible workout. We have been voted one of the top martial art and kickboxing schools in Connecticut for the past 11 years in a row. Dennis Hill, Chief Instructor has trained military personnel, police officers and detectives. He is a 4th degree black belt in Combat Hapkido, a black belt in Judo, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), and a certified Krav Maga instructor.
