The Horizons Community is a secure wing of our personal care center, while the Milestones Community encompasses a similar wing of our nursing care center. Each community is consistently staffed with highly trained individuals who encourage residents to lead an active life. Designed to motivate and rekindle memories, both the Horizons and Milestones communities offer activities specifically designed to meet the needs of residents with memory-related conditions.
