Posts by persons other than Evine may contain inaccuracies or content that has not yet been reviewed or approved by Evine. Evine bears no responsibility for, and does not endorse, content posted by anyone other than “Evine or EVINE Live”.

Furthermore, we requests that users don’t post items that are unlawful or encourages persons to be unlawful. In addition, we ask you respect others and do not use language that is harassing, threatening, abusive, violent, discriminatory, or uses defamatory language. Be mindful not to upload content that you do not have complete rights to or violates another person’s or company’s intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, patents, etc.). Always be sure to obtain permission to use another person’s image and/or voice when you post photos of people. If they are minors – ask their folks!
