Fiddlehead

At Fiddlehead, we will make food that you would not make for yourself, using interesting and local ingredients as much as possible. Having a meal at Fiddlehead will be like sitting at our family table.

Our assistant manager will always be a one year training position, and this will only be available to military veterans looking for a different path. We will actively seek wounded veterans to fit this position, train them, and help them move on to a career in restaurant ownership or management. This group, who sacrificed so much over the past years, has the highest unemployment rate in the country. Fiddlehead is dedicated to help change this.
