Greenberry Hiking

Greenberry Hiking is owned and operated by Beth Buchanan, an East Tennessee native. Her roots run deep in the Smokies and she has grown up exploring the hills and mountainsides of the Park. The Buchanan clan settled in a corner of the Great Smoky Mountains known as Cane Creek near the Abrams Campground area long before the land was set aside as a national park. A deep love of nature was instilled early on and has continues to grow everyday. She now shares this passion with friends, family and others who walk alongside her into the woods.
Greenberry Hiking offers guided hikes and tours relating to the many varying aspects of the Smokies. These hikes range in nature from historical treks including old cemetaries and homesites to waterfalls and ridgelines hosting spectacular vistas. We soon hope to offer overnight backpacking trips, as well. Greenberry offers transportation and will ensure you have everything needed for an enjoyable ramble in the woods!
