I have been involved with real estate from the investing side since buying my first rental property downtown in 2012. Since then I’ve researched and watched the market in Salt Lake City grow alongside our vibrant economy. Last year I made the decision to put my research skills to use helping other people achieve their own home buying and selling goals with Equity Real Estate. My focal interest has been the Sugarhouse, downtown, 9th and 9th, Avenues, Marmalade District, and Liberty Park areas as I love the small, unique, niche communities developed in each neighborhood. If there is a particular area or neighborhood you’re interested in, I’d like to help you get into the right location, be it for it’s walkability, delicious local eateries, top notch schools, local artist community, or proximity to your favorite hiking trails. I work full time in real estate and live in the 9th and 9th neighborhood. I love it here, and know that location can be everything to the buyer who knows the local character and feel they enjoy living amongst most.
