I started my Real Estate career here in Utah. A few years into my practice, I moved back to my home town of Charleston, South Carolina where I practiced Real Estate for many years and eventually founded and brokered my own agency, Woods Company Real Estate.

I moved back to Utah in 2010 and have been working as a Home Health Physical Therapy Specialist while relicensing in Real Estate and building my clientele. In one form or another, I have been in and out of homes my entire professional career. With both professions I have learned different aspects of helping people and changing lives for the good.

It is extremely rewarding to help a first time home buyer find their first home, help a client sell their home to move on to the next phase of their life, or assist a client in finding the perfect lot to build their dream home. This is why I love real estate!

I have helped clients with successful transactions in all aspects of real estate including buying, selling, and investing. I strive to protect my clients and get the very best deal possible for them. In addition to assisting in hundreds of transactions, I have successfully “flipped” 12 properties of my own for profit. I realize all of the stresses of buying and/or selling a home and make it my priority to facilitate the transaction and make it the smoothest process possible.
