Through the expertise available at Horizon Physical Therapy, we offer evaluation and treatment for patients with a variety of symptoms. Evolution Fitness is a medical fitness model that was created to help those struggling with acute or chronic health conditions maintain a healthy lifestyle through safe and monitored exercise. We work with your family physician to create a plan that will work for you. Through the knowledge of a licensed physical therapist, with specialization in strength and conditioning, individualized fitness begins and is managed through personal training.
