Indochine on Pearl

Indochine Pearl was started by husband and wife Sean Yean and Hong Ngov. The Pearl location has been opened since 2007.
Indochine’s cuisine uses many fresh herbs and spices, such as lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and kaffir lime leaves. Indochine chefs combine these different herbs and spices to bring out the flavors and transform each dish into an amazing culinary experience.


Indochine on Pearl is exquisitely decorated, with twin waterfalls that greet Indochine’s diners at the front door. As you enter the dining area between the twin falls, you can feel the warm and cozy ambiance, which is made so by lyrics of the crackling fireplace and Indochine’s artwork.
The artwork displays a color palette of deep, rich brown and autumn tangerine shades that will leave you captivated. The tables and chair are made of dark stained wood, upholstered with
a bamboo leaf motif. The eye-catching draperies are designed with tieback tassels, made in orange and red blend silk material, with gold color embroidery that accentuate and embellish
the dining area of the restaurant.
