Jade's Collars was started because we wanted to make something you can not buy in the store. Todd is a wildland firefighter and uses para-cord for his work on a daily basis. With how durable para-cord is, he got the idea to make our dog Jade a collar. We absolutely loved the way it turned out which is what sparked the idea to make them for other people's pets. It started with just family and friends but has grown to be much more. We started making leashes and leash couplers as well, and even made a collar for our cat! These collars and leashes are braided from 550 para-cord. They are no stretch, mold and mildew resistant, fade resistant, and can handle almost anything.

Para-cord is used by survivalists and the military for many different things. Your collar or leash can be taken apart if needed to help survive in an emergency. You can set up a shelter, replace a damaged boot lace, or can even be used as a fishing line! The list goes on. These collars have anywhere from 10 to 50 feet depending on the size of your critter and the braid style.

We have a number of different braid styles and colors to choose from and are constantly working on developing more. You can customize your collar to fit your style. These collars are made to fit your pet, by measuring their neck size. We put two D-rings on all of our collars, except cat collars unless requested. One for their tags and the other for a leash. You will never have to fumble with tags again while leashing your pet. We also offer an O-ring in place of the second D-ring (see pictures). Color options are almost endless. If you do not see a color you like, let us know. We can order just about anything!
