Kendall Crossing is surrounded by mature landscaping and thick forest trees, but close to major highways and within walking distance to the commuter rail.
Included in your rent are heat, hot water and gas cooking. Central air conditioning is also provided in each apartment, but is at the resident's expense.

All apartments have newly remodeled kitchens, are fully applianced, prewired for cable (Verizon FIOS or Comcast available), and have either a balcony or patio for your enjoyment.

The property features tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna, grilling area, garden plots and our newest amenity - playground area! Parking for a maximum of two cars is permitted per apartment with designated parking for guests.

Maximum occupancy for one bedroom apartments is two people; for two bedroom apartments, occupancy is four related people.Waterbeds, pets and grills are not allowed.

Directions to Kendall Crossing:
Mass Pike to Exit 13. Bear left after tolls to Rte. 30 East. Follow to the first set of lights; take a Right onto Speen Street. Follow through three sets of lights; turn Right at fourth set of lights, onto West Central Street (Rte 135). Follow for approximately one mile; turn left onto Newfield Drivce at Kendall Crossing sign. Follow sign to second Kendall Crossing sign (Woodbine Road). Office/Clubhouse is straight ahead #20 Woodbine Road.
