Kettlebell Training USA is a great place to work hard, play hard, and go home knowing you did the best. Coach Bob will not have it any other way. Private Training and Small Group Training is effective for all who attend due to our Fitness Ranking Program called FitRanX which is a strength, conditioning, and functional movement testing program with 8 levels to achieve. When each Level is earned you get a certificate and a colored survival bracelet to wear to your workouts that indicates your true fitness level. We wear our bracelets to Boot Camp, Belly dancing, Zumba, Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Battle Rope Training, RowFit, StepFit, Group X trainings, and Private Personal Trainings.
