Kodiak Steelhead Adventures

Kodiak Steelhead Adventures operates out of Larsen Bay, AK a small and remote village on the southwest side Kodiak Island.

We specialize in targeting Steelhead on the fly as well as Dolly Varden and Silver Salmon. KSA strives to create an unforgettable experience in both fishing and hospitality. The Karluk river is our main drainage for steelhead fishing, it gets one of the largest runs of steelhead in the world, between a 9,000 to 12,000 return each year. Our itineraries are very custom, we travel to the Karluk by boat and four wheelers a 30 minute adventure. Airplanes are also chartered to target some of the countless smaller drainages that are only reachable by plane.

KSA operates out of Kodiak Legends Lodge, a high end fishing lodge with exceptional facilities, food and staff.

Our guides have 50 plus years of combined guiding experience in Bristol Bay Alaska and on Kodiak. We all have guided for high end lodges and understand the importance of customer service. Our main goal is to give you an unforgettable experience with lots of laughs and fish.
