Come over and visit Chef Nic and the crew of Rendezvous Catering at their converted SWAT truck, now gourmet kitchen on wheels. After 14 years in fine-dining, Chef Nic decided to get a better view and put his tinkering skills to good use; the result, “Patty”, the food truck was born. Come meet our “Patty” wagon and her big ol’ BBQ trailer. Then, let us pour a fresh crêpe with our all-local batter, and pack it full for you with MT meats, veggies, or sweets in MT style.
