The Laguna Niguel Family YMCA is a fully equipped fitness and recreation center that offers certified personal training on site, adult/youth sports programs, city pool access, gymnasium, soccer arena, KidZone with rockwall (free child care service while you workout), an outdoor play area and walking trails, and over 80 group exercise classes FREE with membership – Yoga, Zumba®, BODYPUMP™, Kickboxing and more! In addition to membership, the Laguna Niguel Family YMCA also offers sports classes and leagues, swim teams, and community programs such as Adventure Guides. With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y serves Orange County six (6) Health & Wellness centers (Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, Mission Viejo, Fullerton and Santa Ana) and over 50 Afterschool Program centers.
