LDC Thrift Store

We are a family thrift store with a little bit of everything to choose from! We are located inside of Longview Dream Center on Gilmer and Fairmont. LDC is home to several community relief programs. Mothers On Missions (MOMs) which is a clothing relief program ran by a wonderful woman with a huge giving heart named Chele! Moms is currently open Wed-Sat 9am-1pm. Head on up there and talk to Chele or one of her lovely volunteers or like her Facebook page to find out more about her program. LDC is also home to a food pantry that gives food to roughly over 140 families every 2 weeks. They hand out food inside the Dream Center every 2nd and 4th Saturdays every month from 10am to 12pm. LDC is also home to Feeding Locals who helps provide money to stock the food pantry along with delivering food to families in an emergency situation. Living Free is a twelve step Christ-filled curriculum ran by Cameron Strange, that focuses on helping people prevent and overcome life-controlling issues. Cameron Strange is a long-time friend and Pastor at Lifebridge Christian Center, who brings a passion for helping others and supporting community needs. Living Free meetings are held every Monday night at 6:15 at the Dream Center. Adopt the Block is a program of LDC and is led by Dallas, he has brought a lot of experience from his time working with Los Angeles Dream Center that he will be utilizing to support local Longview neighborhoods. The primary focus is to assist families in simple household repairs, needs, and supplies. Our thrift store is ran by Jason Rutherford who is also President of Feeding Locals. Our store is in the process of remodeling to help these wonderful programs reach even more people!
