We make sparkling and still wines from our organic estate vineyard comprised of 75% Pinot noir and 25% Pinot gris.
Our bubbles include a Blanc de Noir, a Blanc de Gris, and a Grand Cuvee. We do a unique still white called Les Pinots, a blend of Pinot noir and gris that's harvested at sparkling wine ripeness levels, making it 10% alcohol with great native acidity.
And, of course, we make Pinot noir. But not just any Pinot noir! In addition to our Estate and Moonglow cuvées we have a solera system that's currently 4 vintages deep.
