Melted

Melted started as a dream to bring great melted sandwiches to the Napa Valley. 8 years ago we went on a road trip to New York. While there, we encountered the best grilled cheese joint and decided we needed to bring something like it to Napa. When the perfect location became available, right across the street from our salon, it was time. In the process of building our business plan, Paul was trying to figure out a different way to bake his own bread so that it was fast and less wasteful. That's when he came up with the idea to use waffles! Melted's sandwiches are entirely created by Paul. His experiences in life have given him the ideas of combining unlikely flavors together to make amazing culinary works of art. These sandwiches aren't overloaded with heavy ingredients, nor tons of unnecessary fat laden accoutrements. Just fresh, flavorful, satisfying portions that will certainly put a smile on your face!
