Mike's Ice

Mike’s Ice is Rhode Island’s first Thai-inspired Ice cream company. Thai ice cream rolls originated in the world renowned street food scene of Thailand. The process starts off with a liquid ice cream base and other fresh ingredients. It then undergoes a swift and skillful mixing procedure. When frozen to the perfect temperature, the mixture is then rolled into delicious ice cream and customized with fresh toppings. This process causes the ice cream to produce smaller ice molecules resulting in a smoother, creamier, and richer finish. It also eliminates the need to include unwanted additives resulting in a healthier more natural product than traditional ice cream. Mike’s Ice was created to honor our dear friend Micheal Gnoato who passed away on August 15th, 2013.
