ML Strength works to enhance overall movement efficiency, athletic performance, and reduced incidence of injury, working off the foundation of athleticism, skill, and lifestyle which lead to an overall more productive and successful athlete for their sport, and life. Utilizing comprehensive evaluation to create narrowed specificity through the program design process works to deliver each athlete a training program customized to their individual needs, allowing for the greatest carryover to field, court and course play. The unique factor of our methodology is the integration of skill enhancement which utilizes sports skill coaches that focus on enhanced sport-specific movement, as well as a direct training advantage allowing for the application of training techniques to enter "game situation."
