Panthro Fitness is an unique private fitness facility that offers a variety of programs. Private & semi-private training, co-ed boot camps, boxing conditioning, sport-specific training, and nutrition are just some of the programs we offer at our two locations in the Pittsburgh Area. Our two facilities are 100% private and every session is led by one (or more) of our experienced, professional coaches. Sessions will often include a variety of training methods, including traditional and Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, TRX suspension training, body weight training, calisthenics, field training, sport-specific drills, agility training, and boxing-conditioning.
