Our home packages, whether panelized, solid log or EDGE, with so many different styles & options, are the most versatile home packages on the market today. We are happy to deliver your home with or without a full interior package, including: interior doors & trim, kitchen cabinets & countertops, vanities & vanity tops, stairs & railings from the basement up, garage doors (with openers & professional installation included), tongue & groove finish for interior walls or ceilings where requested, structural or decorative post & beam packages, decorative beams and log trusses… virtually anything you can dream of! Please see spec sheets for additional info. One of our most appealing points is that quality is NOT an extra cost option. Most people take our standard specs, with very few upgrades. Changes based on your individual taste can be easily accommodated. As a helpful estimate, it is not unusual for the average home package to finish at two and a half to three times the package price, including the package. As an example, a $100,000 package would finish between $250,000 and $300,000. This figure can vary, as it includes all site prep, septic, well, full basement, plumbing, heat, electric, insulation... all labor and materials to bring your project from bare land to ready-to-move-in condition. Please remember that a smaller package would finish at a higher multiple, as the septic, well, driveway, et cetera are the same as in a larger home. However, when our package price exceeds $120,000, a lower multiple may apply, as those items remain approximately the same.
