Welcome to PEACE TEMPLE ABODE, a relaxed country villa on five acres with a view of Monterey Bay California USA. We invite you to share in a new age, yoga and wellness experience while enjoying our unique coastal home blessed with sunrise and sunset.

We are on a private drive, a bit off the beaten track, bring your sense of adventure when you come. The stucco house, has a spacious open, family friendly, floor plan, Saltillo tile and wood floors, with high cedar ceilings, lofts, and natural light filtering through skylights and windows.

HANG OUT: Relax by our fireplace. Catch a movie with us on our 60 inch wide screen LCD TV. Enjoy original art by local artists. Watch the evening sun set over the Sea. Share a meal with us or visit the peninsula and go out on the town where fine dining restaurants abound. Visit nearby beaches or go hiking on coastal trails with panoramic views.

SLEEP: Feel like you are floating on a cloud in one of our private rooms.

MEDITATE: We invite you to participate in early morning meditation at 5 am in our dedicated mediation room. Join us for yoga. Ask about a private yoga session. If you are here on Wednesday evening be our guest at the Kundalini Live yoga with Sukhmandir Singh at Wave Street Studios.

HEAL: Schedule a massage or chiropractic adjustment in our healing room (complete with professional table). We can suggest local therapists happy to make house calls (we do not have a staff on call). Ask about our discount at the Monterey Wellness Center featuring Turbosonics sound therapy, Laser light therapy, Ionic foot bath, Infrared Spa and Colonic.

PLAY: Relax on our decks patios and lawns. Explore our five acres. We have several outdoor stoves and wood for a fire, a camping spot with fire pit, and parking for your RV. There is plenty to do year round in Monterey County and the Tri County area. If you like nature, and are new to the area, ask us to recommend hiking trails and places to visit inland, or along the Coast. We have a beach bag and towels ready for you. (Ask about our canoe and hobie cat sail boat.)
Groups, or families, can be easily accommodated by combining rooms. Please contact us regarding availability and pricing.

Secluded on a private drive, PEACE TEMPLE ABODE is s conveniently located on the coastal property between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We are about 1 mile (1 minute by car) from the Airport Shuttle and Monterey Transit (bus) where parking is available.

Weather: Dress in layers.
Spring is temperate with occasional showers.
Summer can be warm and sunny, or cool and foggy.
Fall is moderate with occasional late autumn monsoons.
Winter can be stormy, or sunny, sometimes all in the same day.
