Not your traditional Pilates class, fun and challenging series of fast paced routines that target the core, chest, legs, and back, in addition to classic Pilates exercises. Set to the latest club music and your favorite current artists, this workout is as social and highly interactive as it is physically explosive!
Classes are by donation (suggested $10), please arrive fifteen minutes early to give us enough check in/mat setup/introduction time
for those with injuries or are brand new to Pilates before class starts.
Bring your own mat or other preferred props as there are none provided.
Please wear stretchy removable layers to accommodate changing body temperature and ease of movement.
Avoid large meals two hours prior to practice, again, for ease of movement/comfort.
