Why A House Of Prayer?
You can pray any time and any place you want so why do we need a house of prayer? The house of prayer provides a place where people can join together with one voice to exalt the Lord in praise and worship and pray prayers of agreement to see God’s will done on the earth. There is a spiritual dynamic where prayer becomes exponentially more effective when we join together in unity and one voice. It’s an environment where prayer becomes enjoyable and sustainable because of the combination of musicians and singers along with the intercessors. The house of prayer is also a way to bring ‘forerunners’ together in community to teach and encourage one another, and to prepare for the days to come.

Our Purpose & Vision
To provide a location for night and day worship and prayer in the Roseville/Sacramento region where Jesus is exalted and the Kingdom of God is made manifest. We do this by gathering together a community of worshippers, singers, musicians and intercessors who will pursue lifestyles of intimacy with God, holiness and hearts prepared for Jesus' return at the end of the age.

Intimacy With God
Knowing who we are as beloved sons and daughters of God as well as the bride of Christ. The knowledge of how God truly feels about us is the truth that will set us free to become wholehearted lovers of God.

Sermon on The Mount Lifestyle
We stress the importance of living lives of holiness and wholeheartedness. This is not a way to earn God’s affection but a lifestyle that resists the kingdom of darkness and opens the door for God to move.

Compassion For Others
As Jesus’ disciples we should be doing the things that He did such as giving to the poor, healing the sick, evangelism, etc.
