Owned and operated by Shelly Sherman. USAG and Safety certified for 11 years and previous gymnast. Home of Shayna Singleton 2nd in Nation, Megan Etcheverry 3rd and Lacey Roberts 5th, as well as other top ten athletes. Our latest successes 3 time Regional champion, as well as 2 time regional champions and several Utah State champions. We offer competitive and recreational tumbling and trampoline. Our sport is the only sport which prepares your athlete for all other sports. Strength, agility, flexibility, coordination, self esteem, endurance as well as reading in school.
Zumba: come start your addiction with a certified instructor and Health major. I implement my knowledge and understanding of our bodies with the dance movements of zumba to lose weight, tone and become cardiovascularly fit. Our average weight loss is 25 lbs and 3 pant sizes (lots of inches :), we help lose the weight and keep it off. We have disco lights, strobe lights and and energetic fun people; come join our party!
New this year is ballet. I am a certified ballet teacher and am excited about teaching technique, flexibility and grace :).
