We are Meredith Zeller (planning and logistics guru) and Shannon O’Kelley (creative director and designer), aka Sage Nines Event Production! We specialize in the design and production of bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime events that create memories that last forever. Whether it’s the wedding to your one true love, the celebration of one of life’s most significant milestones, the launch of a business that you have poured your heart and soul into, or the celebration of a job well done, we will work with you to create an experience that both you and your guests will relish. We believe that events should reflect their host, and never be formulaic or routine. Our boutique business model focuses on producing a limited number of events each year, which allows us to build relationships with our clients, stay creatively fresh, and give attention to detail that is second to none. We take a warm and down-to-earth approach that puts our clients at ease and dispels the myth that event planning has to be stressful.
