SAI Kuteer

Concept: SAI Kuteer is conceived as a combination of spiritualism and charitable service to the community based on the teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba and Sathya Sai Baba. SAI Kuteer is not a temple in the traditional sense. SAI stands for Selfless Love, Awareness and Integrity. Kuteer stands for Kindness, Unity, Truth, Equality, Equanimity and Reverence for the Almighty.

Vision: SAI Kuteer is an Abode open to all to experience Universal Love and practice Selfless Service to Humanity.

Mission: The mission of SAI Kuteer is to promote Universal Love and spiritual unfoldment through Selfless Service to all humanity based on the teachings of the Sai Avatars.

Universality: SAI Kuteer promotes Love, Peace and Oneness among people of all religions and faiths. Hence it is open to people of all faiths and religions who would like to experience and share these Universal Values with others.

Status and Location: SAI Kuteer is registered as a non-profit organization in the State of Utah (Registration # 8848156-0140) and obtained Exempt Status (License # 9204849-CHE0) from the Utah Division of Consumer Protection for solicitation and fund raising. SAI Kuteer is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a Religious and Charitable organization with 501 (C) 3 non-profit status (EIN # 38-3919599). The name SAI Kuteer™ is provisionally registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). SAI Kuteer will be physically located in the Greater Salt Lak City area of Utah. Activities of SAI Kuteer: The proposed activities of SAI Kuteer are:

(a) To act and operate exclusively as a non-profit organization pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah, and to act and operate as a charitable and religious organization in lessening the burdens of the government, providing relief to the poor and distressed or the under-privileged.

(b) To create an Abode for people of all religions and faiths to practice Universal Love and to participate in Selfless Community Service as per the teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba and Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

(c) To organize and conduct service projects in the areas of food, education, and healthcare to the needy. The beneficiaries are poor families, homeless people, disabled Veterans and underprivileged children.

(d) To provide opportunity and support to the community volunteers to develop leadership qualities in the field of service and to equip them with the skills and abilities needed, including emergency relief.

(e) To engage in any and all service activities and pursuits, and to support or assist such other organization, as may be reasonably related to the foregoing and the following purposes.

(f) To solicit and receive contributions, purchase, own and sell real and personal property, to make contracts, to invest in corporate funds, to spend corporate funds for corporate purposes, and to engage in any activity “in furtherance of, incidental to, or connected with any of the other purposes.”


Goals of SAI Kuteer:
• To develop a unique organization that combines spirituality and charitable service and is open to people of all religions and faith and thus forms a role model in the United States. Franchises of SAI Kuteer™ can be opened in other cities.
• To develop highly disciplined volunteers with leadership qualities to serve the community and to meet any need.
• To ensure that donated funds will directly support charity, after meeting the establishment and maintenance expenses.
• To give equal importance and respect for the donors and volunteers. Dedicated volunteers can become Executive Committee members or inducted into the Board of Directors, even without any monetary contribution.
