Secluded Lake Front Cottage

Original structure was built in 1997. It was 440sf. It is now the master bedroom and bathroom. A major addition was done in 2006. We added a living room, kitchen with bay window, a guest bedroom and bathroom, and a laundry room, totaling 1340 additional square feet. The deck wraps around two sides of the house. The two car garage was constructed in 2000. The drive-on dock was constructed using marine grade wood in 2001. The bulkhead was built in 2010. You wont find a better dock or bulkhead on Lucas Lake. The house is located on the deep end of the lake. It is about 10 deep at the end of the dock. The lake is 700 acres with two public boat landings. Dont worry, there is hardly any boat traffic. And last but not least, the dirt road is currently under construction. The road will be paved shortly.
